New free school for Ilsham

School children
We have submitted a proposal to the DfE for a new, fit for purpose, Church of England school for Ilsham in order to relocate. The site at Ilsham limits the range of curriculum opportunities we aspire to provide as well as limiting the number of places available to local children and parents. If approved, the new school is expected to open in September 2019.

School Direct Open Mornings

All Saints Teaching School are recruiting Primary School Direct trainees, starting in September 2017 and beyond. Come along to one of our School Direct Open Mornings to find out more about our highly successful programme. You will get the opportunity to observe real lessons, speak to our children and School Direct trainees (past and present) and find out more about All Saints Teaching School and our partnership with the University of St Mark & St John.

Local Artist visit

We were delighted to welcome award winning local photographer, Vicki-Lea Boulter, into our academies last month. Vicki visited Ilsham Church of England Academy, Warberry Church of England Academy, Ellacombe Academy and Little Stars Childcare Centre to work with the children in EYFS on their Beautiful Work Project.

Outstanding Level of Attainment

Letter from MP

Ilsham Church of England Academy received a letter from Nick Gibb, MP, the Minister of State for Schools congratulating them on their very high standard of performance in the 2015 national Key Stage 2 tests.

"100% of your pupils gained level 4B or above in reading and maths and level 4 or above in writing. This makes you one of only 187 schools in the country to achieve this level of attainment."

Congratulations to to Mrs Bone, Ilsham staff and all staff across the Learning Academy Partnership who work together to transform children’s lives.
